8. When will my order ship?

Typically, orders placed before 12 pm GMT+5 —Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)—will be shipped from our Pakistan warehouse the very next day if the items are a part of our Flash Delivery collection; if not, the order will take 15-20 days to be reach you as it will be shipped from our UAE warehouse. If your order is placed after 12 pm GMT+5 on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your order's progress.

A: You can pay for your order through following payment methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery – available (for regular customers only) on Orders under PKR 10,000.
