- Upon verification, we will process the exchange without any additional charges.

- If you wish to exchange an article due to reasons such as dissatisfaction with the quality, fit, or other concerns (excluding damages), we will deduct 25% of the article’s original price as a processing fee.
- The remaining amount will be credited towards the exchange process.

General Conditions for Exchange:
- The article must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired article is unavailable, you may opt for a different item of equal or greater value (paying the difference, if applicable).
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged or defective article.
